The PDP is a strategic tool designed to set the course for the growth and development within Boyum IT. It’s like a car’s GPS—it can only guide you to the best route if it knows where you are. The first step of any PDP is to establish the current position, allowing to chart a clear and effective path to individual goals.

This initiative is designed to identify, develop, and promote leaders at all levels of Boyum IT. It sets common standards for performance and potential, tailored to each management layer, ensuring a consistent and structured approach to leadership development.
The goal of a leadership pipeline is to ensure that Boyum IT has a steady stream of leaders with the skills, knowledge and experience needed to meet the challenges of the future.
