Review
We will review all resumes and forward qualified applicants to the hiring manager for interview consideration. We will confirm by e-mail that we have received your application and give you a timeline for the recruitment process.
In some cases, we ask you to do a (coding) test to confirm eligibility.
Once a suitable number of candidates are identified, we will contact you for an interview – either on-site or online. This process generally takes 3-4 weeks.

Interview and selection
Your initial meeting with us will often be via phone and the second interview with the hiring manager on site.
One of the last steps of the recruitment process will be to obtain references from former employers. However, we do not contact references before obtaining your consent.
After our hiring manager complete the interview process you will be contacted by either the manager or recruiter who will present the job contract as well as terms and conditions to you. Most often we will have touched upon the terms earlier in the process so you are aware, and we can hopefully finalize the details easily. Hereafter the contract will be sent to you as soon as possible.
New resumes will always be reviewed by our recruiters and forwarded to the hiring manager for evaluation.
