We are hiring an HR Assistant

To support the Human Resource function to deliver timely, efficient, and effective service and keep ensuring a healthy and effective organization in Boyum IT, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant who will support the administrative functions of the global employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and retention.

The ideal candidate will assist in administrating HR systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and smooth operations across multiple regions.

This role is key in maintaining employee engagement and supporting the CHRO in HR operations globally. 

What are the expectations for this role?

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Administration of recruitment processes including reviewing job profiles and adverts, advertising jobs, managing applications, arranging interviews, and all associated correspondence with applicants and managers. 
  • Assist with the entire life cycle recruitment for the whole organization and make sure we attract and hire the best talent. 
  • Be actively involved in Boyum IT’s onboarding and retention process, providing the best employee experience to our new and existing team members.  
  • Support the introduction, training, development, and continuous professional development. 
  • Work closely with the local Country Managers and department managers to support daily business functions. 
  • Maintain and update HR systems, processes, records, resources and internal procedures and guidelines.  

About you

We imagine that you have experience in a similar role in HR.  As a person, you are robust, adaptable, detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and service-minded. You have an eye for detail and can maintain an overview in a busy work environment. You have the courage and desire to learn new things.

Your profile 

  • Degree in business administration, HR, or similar 
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role, ideally within a global or multi-national environment.  
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both written and spoken, 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different cultures and regions.  
  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle.  
  • Excellent skills with tools of the Microsoft Office suite,
