With B1UP they extended the usability of the product, automated procedures, and improved the user experience.
They could provide validations and customizations for the product that weren’t possible with SAP Business One.
Information now is easily accessible and readable to users.
With B1 Print & Delivery, they were able to automate emails to customers for invoicing and notifications, significantly improving the customer experience.
All this resulted in efficiency improvements across different areas of the business.
