To support the Human Resource function to deliver timely, efficient, and effective service and keep ensuring a healthy and effective organization in Boyum IT, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant who will support the administrative functions of the global employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and retention.
The ideal candidate will assist in administrating HR systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and smooth operations across multiple regions.
This role is key in maintaining employee engagement and supporting the CHRO in HR operations globally.
